Rob and I alternate where we spend the winter holidays each year. Since my family does not celebrate Christmas, we decided to make Rob’s favorite traditional British meal on Christmas Eve (Christmas Day we had chinese, like all good New York Jews).
We followed this recipe. Rob made the roast and gravy, I took care of the veg and yorkshires. The pictures aren’t great (taken with my iPhone), but you get the idea. It was really good. Like, REALLY GOOD. And then it snowed!
